The New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, has dissolved all Executives in seven States of Enugu, Ekiti, Rivers, Niger, Katsina, Kaduna and Zamfara over cases of anti-party activities.
At a media briefing in Abuja, the national publicity secretary, Agbo Major said the decision was taken by the National Working Committee under the Acting National Chairman, Alhaji Abba Kawu-Ali after extensive deliberations on the report of the disciplinary committee.
The party Set up a 5-man Caretaker Committee to run the affairs of the party in the affected states.
NNPP also suspend Enugu State governorship candidate, Cajetan Eze, the senatorial candidate, Enugu North, Professor Onyeka Onyeka.

The National Working Committee stepped down action on two states, Imo due to Governorship election in November and Oyo as a result of Local Government elections.
Imo and Oyo were among the 9 States where serious petitions were also received.
It however directs that all vacant positions in Imo state be immediately filled in accordance with the provisions of the party Constitution.
