Some residents in residents in Kano State North Western Nigeria have blatantly refused to comply with the safety measures put in place to contain the coronavirus.
Correspondent of Ait.com who went round the city reports that everyone now goes about his or her daily business without the use of face mask, hand washing, hand sanitizer, and observation of social or physical distancing as advised by the Covid-19 taskforce.
Medical experts are already raising fears that the success recorded in the fight against the pandemic in the state might not be sustained.
