The Labour Party has rejected the judgement on the 2023 Presidential Election Petition , saying the outcome did not reflect the law and the desire of the people.

In a statement by the National Publicity Secretary, Obiora Ifoh the Labour Party said it watched with dismay how the five-man panel of the Presidential Election Petition Court, led by Justice Haruna Tsammani dismissed the petitions.

He said that Nigerians were witnesses to what it described as “electoral robbery” that took place on February 25, 2023, which was globally condemned, but the Tribunal, in its wisdom refused to accept the obvious.
