Sixteen Members of the People’s Democratic Party PDP In the Plateau State House Of Assembly who were sacked by the Court of Appeal last November have Vowed to resume Plenary on Tuesday 24th January When the house resumes.

The Lawmakers While Addressing Newsmen in Jos on Monday insist, that the Supreme Court Verdict Which Validated the victory of Governor Caleb Mutfwang has also vindicated them on Pre elections Maters.

Unfortunately for the lawmakers, their cases ended at the Appeal Court but Governor Mutfwang’s election was later validated by the Supreme Court, which described the decision of the Appeal Court as a miscarriage of Justice.
This perhaps prompted the move by the sacked Lawmakers.

While describing the Appeal Court Judgment on them as a deliberate Plans to subvert the will of the People, the PDP Lawmakers also disclosed that members of their Constituency are expected to accompany them for Plenary session when the house resumes on Tuesday

The sacked Lawmakers who said they’ve already filed an action on the matter in the Court called on the Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang, not to succumb to any pressure that will make him interfere in the business of the house.
