The 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi says the cases of attacks and abductions being recorded across Nigeria have shown how “insecure the country is”, and called for a deliberate action to tame the prevailing insecurity.

Peter Obi said this when he visited the five sisters of Naheeba Al-kadriyar who was killed after she was abducted in Bwari Area council of Abuja, the Nigerian capital city.

The former Governor of Anambra State in the Southeast region of the country went to sympathize with the five sisters of the Al-kadriyar family in a hospital, where they are currently receiving treatment after their release by their abductors.
