Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu says the house has received 40 bills for the commencement of the review of the 1999 constitution.
The deputy speaker who doubles as the chairman of the Constitution review committee said that work on the review will be completed by December, 2025.
Kalu further noted that the committee will prioritize the concerns of Nigerians to bequeath on the nation a constitution that will reflect the yearning of the people.

He said the committee will put into consideration some important bills that failed to receive the needed attention in the last constitution review.
