Lobi Stars set for next season

Having met all the requirements for the 2020/2021 football season the management of the Lobi stars football club Makurdi says the team is ready for the season.

The Secretary of the football club Terdzungwe Emmanuel disclosed this at the Aper Aku Stadium in Makurdi the Benue State capital.

Ahead of the 2020/2021 season; Aper Aku Township Stadium Makurdi which is base of Lobi Stars Football Club is being fumigated after huge set back occasioned by Coronavirus pandemic.

According to the Secretary of Lobi Stars, the football club had spent the long holiday preparing for the season.

He said none of the players tested positive for the infectious coronavirus disease which has made it a whole lot easier for the team.

He said the club will adhere strictly to the Covid-19 guidelines put in place by the taskforce.
