Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu has instructed his Attorney General to investigate the allegations made by Olupelumi Fagboyegun against the Chief Judge of Ondo State, Justice Oluwatoyin Akeredolu.
Fagboyegun had in a video that went viral on social media on Monday alleged that Ondo state Judiciary and Courts were being used by the Chief Judge to persecute him and keep him in custody for the past 3 years on trumped up criminal allegations of unlawful entry into his father’s house.

The Governor gave the instruction through his verifiable Twitter handle where he expressed his desire to have the allegation thoroughly, fairly, and transparently investigated.
The state Attorney- General and Commissioner for Justice, Charles Titiloye has directed the Department of Public Prosecution to Immediately commence investigation.
