Former Military Head Of State and Chairman National Peace Committee, General Abdul-Salami Abubakar, has appealed to the new Service Chiefs and the Inspector General Of Police, to design best strategies to end insecurity in the Country.
General Abdul-Salami Abubakar who made the appeal at a news Conference in Minna, said that based on their field experiences, the new service chiefs should draw up a well coordinated programme, to ensure that resources are deployed to achieve the needed victory.

General Abdulsallam also appealed to the Governors to take full responsibility of managing People of other ethnicity in their state.
He noted that thousands of Nigerians have been rendered homeless across the country, hence the need for Nigerians to resolve the challenges and ensure a united country.
The National Peace Committee Chairman, also appreciated President Muhammad Buhari, for exploring measures and ensuring that tensions are lowered.
