Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma has reassured his Deputy, Lady Chinyere Ekomaru that their working relationship will be good and in the interest of Imo State, as they begin another tenure of four years in office
Governor Uzodimma gave his assurance while addressing the congregation at the end of a Thanksgiving Church Service in honour of the Deputy Governor at the St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Obeakpu Umunoha in Mbaitoli Local Government of the State.
The Governor commended his Deputy for taking the right step to present their election victory to God, in order to solicit energy and wisdom from God during their administration.
Governor Uzodimma assured Imo people that he was happy that the obstacles that had confronted the State are gradually going away, reiterating that he came with a mission to positively change the narrative of Imo State.
He however enjoined Imo citizens to learn to shun evil, calling on the elders of the State who keep mute while seeing the misconduct of the youths as a result of personal fears, to desist from the act and speak up..
