Police in Delta state have arrested a 20-year old student of Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro, for alleged killing of his 19 Year old girlfriend over disagreement and another murder suspect that killed his wife’s female friend.
The Commissioner of Police in Delta state Olufemi Abaniwonda who paraded the suspects alongside others involved in various crimes, advised Nigerians to go for anger management therapy to overcome certain actions that could make them commit crimes.
CP Olufemi explained that the 20 year old 200 level Journalism and Mass Media undergraduate of Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro, would be arrained in court for allegedly killing his girlfriend and a middle aged man arrested for killing his wife’s girl friend who was on a visit to their house in Asaba.
Other suspects paraded by the police are drug peddlers caught with 315 bottles of codeine, tramadol and swinol as well as two tricycle robbers.
The command also paraded cultists, kidnappers and a teenager that faked his own kidnapping and collected 700,000 alongside his accomplices.
According to the Commissioner of Police, a special team has been deployed to tackle upsurge of kidnapping in Ughelli axis.
