The National Examinations Council (NECO) has re-scheduled the 2024, National Common Entrance Examination into Federal Unity Colleges across the country and the Entrance Examination into the Federal Government Academy, Suleja.
The National Common Entrance Examination which was earlier scheduled to be held on April 20, will now hold on June 1, 2024.
In a statement by the Acting Director, Directorate of Information and Digital Communication of NECO, Azeez Sani, the Entrance Examination for Gifted and Talented Children into Federal Government Academy, Suleja earlier Scheduled for May 4 will now be held on May 25, 2024.
According to the statement, the rescheduling of the two examinations was due to low enrolment of candidates.
With the postponement, the examination body is calling on all candidates, parents, guardians, schools and relevant stakeholders to take note of the new dates for the examinations.
Sani added that the registration of candidates will continue till the new dates for the examinations.
