The Nigeria Army has reiterated its commitment to synergise with other security agencies to fight insecurity across the country.
The acting General Officer Commanding, GOC, Three Division of the Nigerian Army Jos, Brigadier General Bello Mohammed, made the statement when he paid a familarization visit to Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed.
This is coming few days after he assumed office as General Officer Commanding, Nigeria Army 3 Division.
Brigadier General Bello Mohammed said, the aim of the visit was to commend and appreciate the Bauchi State governor, for the support he has been rendering to the Nigeria Army formations in Bauchi State, as well as to have a general knowledge on the security architecture of the state, inorder to rid the region of crime and criminality.

Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed, enjoined the GOC to deploy more forces, to aid the state against banditry, among others, as no meaningful development can be achieved without peace.
Governor Bala Mohammed also assured his maximun support, especialy in the area of social amenities, to enable the soldiers discharge their statutory responsibility effectively.
