John Akinmulere has emerged Candidate of the Young people’s party for the November 16 Governorship Election in ondo state.
Akinmurele who is a retired Security personnel and a former Security adviser in the presidential amnesty programme, won with eighty nine votes out of the ninety accredited voters.
Chairman of the electoral committee, Williams Moses subsequently returned Akinmurele winner of the primary election after duly satisfying the required number of votes.
The Candidate of the YPP in his acceptance speech expressed optimism that the party will come out victorious in the November 16 Governorship Election.
The election conducted through the indirect mode was monitored by officials of the Independent National Electoral commission,INEC and security agencies.
