The Police have rescued three kidnapped Indian nationals after exchange of gunfire with their abductors in Ogun State, South-West Nigeria.
State Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alamutu at a briefing in Abeokuta said two of the six kidnappers were killed in the encounter.
Alamutu added that over N7.9 million and 1,500 Rupees of Indian currency were recovered in the operation along with two AK 47 riffles and one single barrel locally made gun among others.
