The Rivers State Police Command has clarified recent reports regarding its presence at the Rivers State House of Assembly quarters.
In a press release through the pubic relations officer Grace Iringe-Koko, she explained that the deployment of officers to the area was solely aimed at ensuring peace and preventing any possible breakdown of law and order.
The statement further assured the public that there was no cause for alarm, and advised residents to continue with their lawful activities without fear.
