Niger Governor Abubakar Bello has sworn-in Abubakar Kigera, as the Acting Grand Khadi of the State Sharia Court of Appeal.
Bello asked the Acting Grand Khadi to discharge his duties diligently and professionally. He described Khadi Abubakar Kigera, as a man of integrity, knowing he will discharge his duties judiciously.
The new Acting Grand Khadi thanked the Governor for the opportunity to serve the State.

He promised to build on the legacies of his prodecessors, and perform the duties to the best of his ability, by the provisions of the constitution.
