Chairman Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Kano State Chapter Comrade Abbas Ibrahim said this at the one year memorial prayers in honor of the late media tycoon organised by Daar Communications Limited Kano Centre.
The Media tycoon and founding Chairman, Daar Communications Limited, died on 29 May 2023 at the age of 71 years.
The Kano Centre of DAAR COMMUNICATION PLC organised a special prayers in honor of the late Raymond Dokpesi.
Shortly after the prayers, the chairman Nigeria Union of Journalists Kano chapter Comrade Abbas Ibrahim described the late Chairman as a person who impacted in the lives of people generally irrespective of religion or tribe.
Former head of centre Daar Communications Kano and currently general editor Media Trust Kano, Ahmad Datti and Present HOC Mr.David Goshit were present during the prayers.
