An early morning inferno on Wednesday razed a building in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital in South-East Nigeria, though no casualty was recorded.
The property located on No. 2 Gilbert Street was both residential and commercial purposes housing a popular fashion design business in the capital city.

The fire which was said to have started at about 6 o’clock in the morning destroyed industrial machines and other equipment at the fashion design shop, as well as household properties estimated at millions of Naira.

Adewale Richard, and Nnenna Ogbonna are both victims now in agony over their losses, and appealing for help from Government to start their lives all over again.
AIT.live reports that men of the Ebonyi State Fire Services were at the scene of the incident battling to put out the inferno.
