The Management of Katsina United Football Club has promoted three youth players from its feeder team to the senior team, ahead of the upcoming Nigeria Professional Football League 2021/2022 Season.
In a statement by the Media Officer of the club, Nasir Gide, the players promoted are 15-year-old Salihu Sani Tunau, a versatile wing attacker, Lawal Samson Adeniran, a midfielder and Shettima Abbani Monguno, a striker.
Gide added that the 3 youth players were promoted to Katsina United Senior Team, following their excellent performances.
He also said the management of the team has noted that the efforts are being made for the three players to exhibit their talent in the upcoming season, and for the remaining junior team players to brace up.

Meanwhile, the Technical Adviser of the club, Azeez Muhammed Audu, has said that promoting the young players will boost the morale of the Team B Players, to put more effort to get a chance to play in the Nigeria Professional Football League.
