Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa state has continued to advocate and champion the course of education development in Adamawa state through various interventions to make academic pursuits easier.
One of such interventions is the provision of financial assistance to facilitate learning for students at different institutions across the state
The Governor who declared free education at both basic and secondary levels is gradually changing this narrative as youths who hitherto dropped from school are now back in school.
The member representing Song constituency at the state assembly Emmanuel Kefas who represented the Governor on the education scheme where 150 students got study assistance, describes it as the best legacy any government can give its youths
Stakeholders who spoke at the occasion applauded the government for the gesture, just as student-beneficiaries described it as morale boosting.
