The Federal Capital Territory Administration is set to take possession of 4,794 properties revoked over non-payment of Ground Rent, spanning 10 to 43 years.
The administration will begin the takeover as from Monday next week with affected landed properties in the Central Area, Garki, Wuse, Asokoro, Maitama, and Guzape districts.
