Benue State Government has reassured the people of Benue South senatorial district of its commitment to providing critical infrastructure that will out live the Hyacinth Alia-led administration.
The Technical Adviser to the Governor on media, publicity and strategic communications, Solomon Iorpev gave the assurance in Otukpo local government area when he led stakeholders to inspect projects as part of activities to mark the administration’s two years of existence.
The delegation inspected key projects constructed in Benue South senatorial district by the Hyacinth Alia administration.
One of them, the Achoho-Oju 53 kilometre road project is progressing with over 10 kilometres asphalted.
Similarly, asphalting will commence in June for the 31.5 kilometre Igumale- Agila road in Ado local council area.

Also inspected is the 44 kilometre Okokolo-Agaigbe road linking Agatu and Gwer West Local Government areas.
Other projects inspected include the Ejor community and Saint Francis Primary School Otukpo, the Akpegede and Taraku primary healthcare centres.
While other communities eagerly await their turn, the Hyacinth Alia administration has pledged its commitment to reach many more in the next phase.
