Bauchi State Government has expressed readiness to partner with the federal government in the promotion of ease of doing business, for investment to thrive in the state and beyond.
Governor Bala Mohammed said this during the opening of the State-wide Townhall Meeting, organised by the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council, (PEBEC), held in Bauchi State, North East Nigeria.

It is a state-wide town hall meeting, being organized by the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council, for both the public and private business communities, across Bauchi State.
According to PEBEC Project Manager, Aimeya Okpebholo, the national assignment is aimed at interacting and discussing ways, to strengthen ease of doing business, for both foreign and domestic investors to invest in the country, in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s led administration.

Declaring the event open, Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed, represented by the Commissioner for the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Salis Gamawa, appreciated the initiative, and said the state has all it takes, to serve as Business Enabling environment, rolling out some of the multi million dollars investment opportunities in the state, assuring more partnerships with the federal government, for economic sustainability and development.
