Nigeria’s former president, Muhammadu Buhari will be buried on Tuesday afternoon.
The updated information was provided by Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda at a press briefing in Katsina.
A statement released by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ibrahim Mohammed after the briefing notes that the decision followed due consultations with the late president’s family and close associates in London.

The Katsina State Governor also confirmed that he is coordinating with federal authorities to ensure a befitting and dignified farewell for the late elder statesman.
Governor Radda prays for the bereaved family and extends his condolences to the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Bola Tinubu over the passing of his predecessor.
