Saudi Arabia’s King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman have commiserated with Nigeria over the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
In a statement, King Salman expressed his “deepest condolences and sincere sympathy” to President Bola Tinubu, the people of Nigeria, and Buhari’s family.
” Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a message of condolences and sympathy to Federal Republic of Nigeria President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari,” the statement reads.
” The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the president, the Nigerian people, and the family of the deceased.”
In a separate message, Crown Prince Salman, who is also the prime minister of the kingdom, said he shared in the grief of the Nigerian people and extended his sympathy to Buhari’s family.
“His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to Federal Republic of Nigeria President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari,” the
statement reads.
HRH, the Crown Prince, expressed deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the president, the Nigerian people, and the family of the deceased.”
