The Holidays are over, and Hundreds of travellers have departed Osogbo, the Osun State capital, for Lagos, with over 2000 travellers besieging Osogbo terminus to enjoy the free train service provided by Osun state government back to Lagos.
The initiative is aimed at easing the journey of indigenes of the state going back to Lagos and other parts of the country.
Many of the passengers are full of praises for the initiative by the state government which is helping them return back to their base without worrying over cost of transport fare
The Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Bunmi Jenyo, said, The free train ride has become a tradition by the Adeleke-led government.
They commended the state government for giving them the opportunity to celebrate Christmas and new year with their loved ones.
