Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has congratulated the Most Reverend Benjamin Argak Kwashi on his appointment and enthronement as Archbishop of Chad under the Province of Alexandria, North Africa.
A statement issued by the Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Governor, Gyang Bere, describes the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Archbishop Kwashi’s decades of dedicated service to God and humanity.
The Governor noted that Archbishop Kwashi has distinguished himself through unwavering faith, visionary leadership, humility, and commitment to the advancement of the Gospel.
He said the cleric’s ministry has extended beyond Nigeria, earning him international recognition as an advocate for peace, justice, reconciliation, and spiritual renewal.
Governor Mutfwang also commended Archbishop Kwashi’s contributions to the growth of the Church and his efforts in transforming lives through mentorship, humanitarian service, and faith-based leadership.
According to the Governor, the elevation is not only a personal achievement for Archbishop Kwashi but also a source of pride for Plateau State and Nigeria, reflecting the far-reaching impact of his ministry and the confidence reposed in his leadership.
