The 2027 Presidential candidate of the Nigerian Democratic Congress, NDC, has warned of campaign of propaganda, ethnicity and acrimony as campaigns open for the forthcoming 20275 presidential and National Assembly elections.
Peter Obi at a Press conference in Onitsha, Anambra State, also says candidates should run issue-based campaigns.
The former Anambra State Governor wants Nigerians to examine the candidate’s personal records, proposals and evidence behind promises, advocating political activities devoid of hatred and violence.
The presidential and National Assembly elections is scheduled for January, while Governorships and State Assembly election is February 2027.
