Emma Wike while applauding the move called for more engagement among stakeholders to make it work.
Wike highlighted some negatives of monthly rent payment.
He lauded Akwa Ibom state Governor, Udom Emmanuel for carrying members along in the state but appealed that certain procedural errors affecting its members be corrected.
