One more body has been recovered under the debris of the collapsed building located at Freeman street, Lagos island.

This recovery brings the total to four including five persons who were rescued and taken to the hospital for medical attention by the emergency responders on ground.

As of the time of filing this report, excavation of the debris to get to ground zero is still ongoing .

Its is unclear how many people are still trapped as residents in the area say they don’t have any missing person who may have been inside the 3 storey building which collapsed during heavy downpour at about 1:45pm Saturday.
