The management of the Rivers state university teaching hospital, RSUTH, has commended Governor Nyesom Wike’s infrastructure development, especially in the health sector.
The Chief Medical Director, Friday Aaron made this known to journalists in port Harcourt while highlighting the importance of the Renal center that was recently commissioned at the hospital by the state governor Nyesom Wike.
The Rivers state governor Nyesom Wike-led administration, for the past years, has turned the fortunes of the health sector in the state to enviable heights that can compete with international standards.
This was the summission of the management of the Rivers state university teaching hospital .
The chief medical director, Friday Aaron while commending the rivers state government on the facelift given to the health sector said it has helped them to improve on quality healthcare services delivery to the people of rivers state.
He said the increasing rate of renal diseases in the country is alarming but with the renal center just commissioned by the state government, it will go a long way to treat patients at affordable costs.
While describing the Renal center at the RSUTH as one of the best in Nigeria, the Chief Medical Director urged everyone to sustain and maintain the facilities.
