The FCT Police Command has confirmed the killing of one person and the abduction of two others by gunmen in Ushafa Community in Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory.
In a statement released on Wednesday the deceased was named Benjamin Ogundare while the abducted persons were confirmed to be Goodluck and Janet Ogundare.
The statement further explained how information was relayed to the Bwari Divisional Police Headquarters where other security operatives of the command around the area were mobilized with the Tactical and intelligence assets to the scene.

It stated that Upon sighting the officers, the hoodlums took to their heels after shooting Benjamin Ogundare and abducting Goodluck and Janet Ogundare.
The police say they have deployed a manhunt to track down the criminals and rescue the kidnapped persons
