Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High court sitting in Lagos Monday granted an order of Interlocutory injunction restraining the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Lagos state from engaging Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo and his drivers to distribute 2023 election materials, and personnel in Lagos state.
Justice Aneke made the order sequel to a motion filed by counsel to Labour Party, Abass Arisekola Ibrahim in the suit marked FHC/L/CS/271/2023.
