The Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, holds meeting with service chiefs at the Presidential Villa Abuja without inviting the National Security Adviser, Major-General Babagana Monguno.
This is coming barely a week after a memo written by Monguno was leaked to the media in which he bitterly complained about similar meetings held in his absence.
