The Adamawa State government is to strengthening efforts at ending the incessant loss of lives and properties due to farmers/ herders crises.
Part of the effort, has led the state government to revoked a grazing encroached land at Ladde Dankifi, in Yola South Local Government Area.
The land was reported encroached, thereby displacing the herders around the area which has contributed to the increased rate of inter-communal crises in the state.
However forward, Governor Fintiri has decided to return the grazing reserve, for the purposes of livestock development plan, to foster peace between the farmers and herders.
The decision was part of the recommendation of an 8-man security committee set up to end the farmers/ herders crises.
To the Fulanis, the government decision will go a long way to resolving the farmers/herders clashes.

The revoked gazetted reserve, is one of the six that will be developed in the state, under the National Livestock Transformation Programme.
