Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, says he owes no one any apologies for the actions he has taken as governor of the state with respect to security in the last four years.
The Governor said this at his inauguration for a second term in office.
Governor Akeredolu alongside his Deputy, Lucky Aiyedatiwa took the oath as administered by the state Chief Judge, Justice, Oluwatoyin Akeredolu on Wednesday in Akure, the state capital.
The Governor had been in the eye of the storm for ordering all illegal occupants of forest reserves across the state to vacate due to criminality being perpetrated there.

The inauguration ceremony of the Akeredolu, following his victory in October 2020 election, attracted the presence of the governors of Ekiti, Ogun, Lagos, Osun, and Edo state.
Governor Akeredolu added that his second term will witness rural and agricultural development and massive investment in human capital development.
The inauguration ceremony witnessed the usual Inspection of the Guard of honour by Governor Akeredolu.
