The Governorship campaign council of the All progressives Congress APC, has accused the state governor and candidate of the PDP Godwin Obaseki of completely abandoning governance for the pursuit of his second term ambition.
The spokesman for the APC campaign council Patrick Obahiagbon disclosed this while briefing Journalists at the campaign office of It’s candidate Osagie Ize-Iyamu.
Obahiagbon while briefing Journalists in Benin city on what he titled “Governance on Permanent Vacation in Edo State; Where Is Governor Obaseki?”
Says because of the second term ambition of the incumbent governor, Edo people are now suffering over the alleged neglect of governance by Governor Godwin Obaseki.
He added that the body language of the Governor who is the Candidate of the PDP is instigating violence ahead of the election.

Obahiagbon also accused the governor of not keeping to his 2016 campaign promises.
The APC governorship campaign council Appealed to the governor to increase the monthly security allocation for police to enable the security outfit combat the plethora of security challenges in the state.
