The opposition All Progressives Congress, APC in Adamawa State has scored the PDP-led State Government very low in all facets of socio-economic development.
It stresses that the administration of Governor Ahmadu Fintiri has failed the people in its first year in office as it did not meet their expectations in terms of the promises made to them. APC State Secretary, Wafani Theman alleges that the ruling PDP has failed to inaugurate a single project in the last one year. This is even as members of the APC in their numbers have defected to the ruling PDP.
Governor Fintiri on his part says the critics of his administration are mere noisemakers, who are hell bent to score cheap points against his government through mischief and the spreading of fake news. He notes that his government is putting robust efforts to address the decay in all sectors handed over by the immediate past APC-led administration.
In Bauchi State, one year after the PDP took over the government from the APC in a keenly contested governorship election, the parties have started trading words over the development of the State.
APC State Chairman of the Media and Publicity Committee, Sabo Muhammed at a media conference, rated the performance of the ruling PDP in the State as low and a complete failure.
