Following the recommendation of President Muhammadu Buhari, the National Working Committee, NWC, of ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, has been dissolved.
Personal Assistant to the President on New Media, Bashir Ahmad, disclosed this on his Twitter handle.
The decision to dissolve the NWC is one of resolutions adopted at the virtual meeting of APC National Executive Committee.
President Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Governors, and members of the NWC led by Victor Giadom were physically at Presidential Villa for the meeting.

Meanwhile, Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, has been appointed as the Chairman of the APC National Caretaker Committee with a mandate to convene an extraordinary national convention.
