The National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Felix Morka, said in a statement on Wednesday, that the 8.9 million Nigerians who voted for the president during the 2023 Election knew him very well, and therefore needed no introduction.
Morka said that Nigerians are aware of President Tinubu’s outstanding record and accomplishments as a defender of democracy, freedom, and social and economic justice for over three decades.
According to the ruling party, Nigerians know President Tinubu as a former senator and a former governor of Lagos State, who designed and paved the pathway to the growth and prosperity of the present Lagos, which is the 5th largest economy in Africa.
The APC described Peter Obi’s demands as an orchestrated campaign of calumny against President Tinubu, saying the Labour Party candidate jumped on the tailboard of Atiku Abubakar’s bandwagon, to satisfy his insatiable thirst for cheap media attention.
