A member of the Implementation Committee on Community Policing in Kano, Mujibu- Rahman Esar, has said despite a scrap of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, a holistic reform of the police is what is needed.
Esar gave kudos to the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu for the decision, adding that a new outfit should be set up as replacement.

He said the nation deserves a better policing system in the interest if the citizenry.
