Borno and Jigawa States have recorded their first Coronavirus case as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control confirms 86 new infections in the country.

The 86 new Coronavirus cases are 70 in Lagos, 7 in FCT, 3 in Katsina, 3 in Akwa Ibom and 1 each in Jigawa, Bauchi and Borno States.
The total number of confirmed Coronavirus cases in Nigeria now 627 in 22 states including the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.
Meanwhile, 4 more Coronavirus patients have been discharged with 2 new fatalities bringing the total death toll to 21 in the country.

3 in Akwa Ibom
1 in Jigawa
1 in Bauchi
1 in Borno
