The Court of Appeal Abuja has granted stay of execution of the order of the Federal High Court which uphold the suspension of Adams Oshiomole as a member and National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The court held that the emergency picture has been painted and therefore ordered stay of execution of the interlocutory injunction of the lower court pending the determination of the suit.

The 3-member panel of justices led by Justice Abubakar Datti-Yahaya also ordered that the defendants and their agents should stay all activities.
