Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri has signed the 2021 budget of N329b into law.
Governor Diri noted that the N329b budget christened budget of growth will help address the infrastructural deficits and kick start the rapid economic growth in the state.
The Bayelsa State 2021 appropriation bill was sent to the state house of Assembly on November 26th with an estimate of 290 billion naira.

The Bayelsa State Chief Executive added that the Igbogene/AIT road, glory land drive, rehabilitation of all internal roads amongst others will get government attention in 2021.
Diri, expressed gratitude to the lawmakers for their synergy and speedy passage of the budget, believing that with all parameters in place, the 2021 budget will be beneficial to all Bayelsans.
