President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday met with the new chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Abdulrasheed Bawa at the Presidential Villa Abuja.
The meeting held behind closed door comes a day after Bawa’s confirmation by the senate.
After the meeting ,the EFCC boss declined to speak to state house correspondents on the outcome of his visit to to the President.

Bawa’s meeting with the President is expected to centre around ways to reposition the anti graft agency to effectively carry out its mandate.
