President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday received a briefing from the Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire, and the Director-General of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, Chikwe Ihekweazu, on the current spread of Coronavirus in the country.
In a one minute interview made available to AIT by one of the media organisations not barred from covering the Presidential Villa following the Coronavirus pandemic, the Health Minister said they were at the Villa to brief the President on efforts made so far and various steps taken to stop the spread of Coronavirus in the country.

Recall that there have been speculations and social media reports on whether or not the President was in the country after reports suggested that the President and his Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, have been flown out of the country for treatment of Coronavirus infection.
