A Chinese national, Si Wenqhuan was Monday night quarantined at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport Lagos on suspicion of Coronavirus infection.
An official at the airport who confirmed this to AIT stated that the Chinese national upon arrival at the airport had high temperature when screened on the thermal scanner and was also coughing uncontrollably.

He arrived on board an Ethiopian airline flight and was isolated from other passengers before been moved to the Lagos Quarantine Centre in Yaba for further investigation
Reports however say he has tested negative to the Coronavirus disease but will remain at the Quarantine Centre for 14 days
