A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has granted bail to the former Senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani.
Sani was granted bail in the sum of N10 million with one surety who must have landed property in the Federal Capital Territory.
The former Senator is to be remanded in the custody of the Economic Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, until he meets the bail conditions.

Justice Inyang Ekwo, while ruling on the bail application, said Sani should also submit to the Court Registrar his international passport.
The matter has been adjourned to January 24 for trial.
Shehu Sani was charged with two counts of bribery and advance fee fraud.
The former lawmaker, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
