The Federal High Court sitting in Kano has ordered status quo be maintained in the APC National Chairmanship tussle.
Justice Lewis Allagoa granted the order in an exparte application by one Aliyu Muhammad Rabiu.
The court ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC not to deal or recognise anybody other than Adams Oshiohmole as the National Chairman of APC pending determination of the substantive matter before it.

The court restrains parties in the suit from giving effect to purported suspension of the Chairman from Ward 10 Etsako West LGA of Edo State on November 2, 2019.
Counsel for the applicant, Johnmary Chukwukasi moved the exparte motion Thursday. The court has fixed 8th of April for hearing of motion on notice.
